If you have received a debt notification from the Health Care Income Recovery group you can use the online service and pay the debt on the website hrrgcollections.com. The site allows you to make a payment in another way.
HRG Debt Collection is a private collection agency that is used to remove debts from the debtor. Clients are notified by mail of their past due debt and can resolve their debt through HRRG. The notice that they receive in the mail notes that debt amount owed and how they can pay. Here are the payment options available.
Pay Online at hrrgcollections.com
Most clients prefer to pay online, as it is much faster and more convenient. At the HRRG collections payment website users can pay their bill in a few quick steps. On the homepage there are 5 sections that provide links to the payment option:
- Pay Online link located at the top of the homepage in the category section
- Make a Payment link located under the Account Information section at the top of the homepage
- Pay Online link located under the HRRG Main Menu section at the bottom of the homepage
- Make A Payment link located under the Account Details Area at the bottom of the homepage
- Click here to make a payment online located under the Make A Payment link at the bottom of the homepage
Once you click on any link from which it was mentioned above, you will be directed to the payment page where you will be able to authorize in your profile.
You will be required to enter the 12-digit password that you will receive in the notification. If you are unsure where exactly it is refer to the link Click HERE to see example notice letter in the left corner. It will next ask you for the last 4 digits of your/or patient’s social security number. After you’ve entered in those details your account information should be displayed.
HRRG Debt Collector Payment Options
You can also pay the bill by credit card. This form of payment can be used via the HRRG collections website or by telephone or mail. The online service is fast and will accept payment 24 hours a day 7 days a week.
If you choose to pay by mail, you will be required to provide your credit card details on the back of the notice. Also by mail you can pay using a check or money order payable to the creditor along with the payment voucher and postage paid envelope attached that accompanied your notice.
